(Installation)
Article 1 Kikugawa City Tourism Association (hereinafter called "Tourism Association") In order to expand the exchange population and promote tourism by widely disseminating information on sightseeing in the city outside the prefecture, the "Ambassador" To install.
(Role)
Article 2 The Ambassadors are elected to play the following roles:
 (1) Introduction and promotion that leads to the image of sightseeing in the city
 (2) Providing information that contributes to the expansion of tourism and the exchange population
(Subjects)
Article 3 (1) The ambassador's subjects are the following persons who are scheduled to interact outside the prefecture.
 (1) Members of the Tourism Association
 (2) Organizations that are scheduled to interact with more than 10 people

(Application)
Article 4 A person who wishes to become an ambassador must submit an application for recognition of the Hometown Tourism Ambassador (Form No. 1) to the President. The same is the case when you try to change a certified matter.
(Certification)
Article 5 In the event of an application set out in the previous Article, the President of the Tourism Association shall promptly make a decision of accreditation or non-certification and shall contact the applicant with the results of the decision.
2 If certified, the Ambassador's Business Card shall be granted at the time of implementation of the project.
(Term of office)
Article 6 The term of office of the Ambassador shall be the duration of the project applied for in Article 4.
(Implementation and reporting of projects)
Article 7 If a certified person conducts a project, he/she shall report to the Chairman the Report on the Implementation of the Hometown Tourism Ambassador's Project (Form No. 2) with a photograph at the time of implementation of the project.
(Remuneration, etc.)
Article 8 The Ambassador will not be paid any compensation.
(General Affairs)
Article 9 General affairs with regard to ambassadors will be handled by the Tourism Association.
(Supplementary)
Article 10 In addition to what is stipulated in this outline, matters necessary for the establishment of an ambassador are specified separately by the President.
 
Supplementary
This outline will come into force on April 1, 2009.
